Up for sale is a stunning Ayotte Drums custom drum kit in a beautiful Cherry Walnut Lacquer finish, crafted during Ayotte’s highly sought-after Canadian production era. 

This is a full, expanded configuration kit with matching serial numbers across all drums, showcasing the boutique craftsmanship and tonal character that made Ayotte one of the most respected drum builders of the late 90s and early 2000s.

The Cherry Walnut lacquer is a deep, transparent reddish-brown finish that highlights the natural maple grain - classic Ayotte aesthetic with a rich, high-gloss look.

These drums are made with 5 ply North American Maple shells with 5 ply reinforcement rings, and are known for their warm, open tone, excellent sustain, and wide tuning range, making them equally at home in studio or live settings.

This Ayotte kit features steel hoops, rather than the more common wood hoops, giving this kit a more focused attack, increased projection, greater tuning stability, and a slightly more modern, punchy response.

A clean sequential run—these drums were clearly built together as a complete kit.
This kit is in excellent condition. The only cosmetic flaw is the 15" floor tom has a slightly more washed out finish than the rest of the kit. Included are the original Ayotte reso heads as well as the orginal logo batter head for the bass drum.
